Reiki I

During the Reiki I course, we discover...

• how Reiki heals
• information about energy stealing patterns
• how energy stealing patterns affect our relationships
• the importance of intention and how our thoughts and words create our reality
• how to protect and clear our energy fields
• the importance of a daily reiki self healing discipline

However, the best way to learn about Reiki is through experiencing the energies and clearings ourselves, so we quickly move into ways of doing this, including the use of pendulums, muscle testing, a powerful clearing meditation followed by the Reiki 1 attunement. Later we practice a self-healing session while learning more about the chakras and their properties, so you spend much of the day gaining practical experience.
