Introduction To Body Massage
This course is ideal for anyone wishing to learn massage skills that will enable them to work safely on family and friends. By the end of the day you will be able to provide a basic body massage using professional techniques. All health and safety issues will be covered as well as a basic understanding of the body systems.
Refreshments will be served during the day, please bring in a packed lunch.
